SHIPPING INFO
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.drivelabcarcare.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from one of our distribution centers. Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing within 24 hours, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will usually begin processing the next business day. So orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Drive Lab Car Care Customer Service will contact you.
We currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays.

- Orders over $75 receive FREE USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE shipping.
Free Shipping on orders over $75 Terms & Conditions:
All shipments will be sent via ground and will be our carrier choice. This offer excludes all air shipments, priority mail shipments, international shipments, freight shipments and shipments outside the contiguous United States. Offer may not be combined with other promotions, volume discount accounts, or wholesale accounts.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If there is a defect in a Drive Lab product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. Ethos Car Care MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
There are many factors beyond Drive Lab Car Cares' control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely responsible for evaluating the product and determining whether it is a suitable fit for their particular application. Drive Lab Car Care will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damage related to the use of this product. RETURNS
30-day no questions asked return policy on unused products. Due to the delicate nature of chemicals and their vulnerability to tampering, all sales of Drive Lab formulas are final once the seals are broken (bottles are opened). Your satisfaction comes first though. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately and we will help find a resolution. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. We do not pay for return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
