RETURNS

30-day no questions asked return policy on unused products. Due to the delicate nature of chemicals and their vulnerability to tampering, all sales of unused Drive Lab formulas are final once the seals are broken (bottles are opened). We do not pay for return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from our standard return policy. We stand behind the performance of our products. If a product isn't performing as intended, contact us so we can understand the issue, help troubleshoot, and make it right. If you've used the product according to its intended process and instructions and we can't resolve the issue, we'll refund the qualifying product.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for photos, additional information, or for the remaining product to be returned for inspection. Accessories must be returned as-is, and shipping costs covered by DriveLab on free-shipping orders may be deducted from the refund.

The Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to protect customers who genuinely experience a performance issue with our products. It is not an extension of the standard return window or a general return policy for opened products.
