How it works
FAQs
Detail spray is essentially any spray used to finish the washing process of your paint. In general it cleans and/or shines your paint while providing lubrication. And occasionally it provides extra protection between washes. In our case, OneWiper provides a couple weeks of protection (on top of 3 years from OverShield, so irrelevant), and a shine that you just can't beat with such easy cleaning power and use. Plus it smells amazing (almost likely kiwi, a refreshing fruit scent that makes your mouth water)
If you are trying to have a shiny finish, absolutely.
No matter how you wash it, your paint will have film, stains, hard water, or cloudiness over time that can't be removed or restored without a towel and a gloss enhancer.
But you should rarely ever touch your car with a towel (even a new one) without a spray that provides lubrication too.

We usually recommend car drying blowers (leaf blowers) over car drying towels.
